No. These are the number of simple products we initially set up for you in Launch, Grow and Scale. You can add more through the admin panel. Complex product variations, imports and capacity requirements are assessed for your store and hosting.

Launch includes up to three main content pages, Grow five and Scale ten. Product and category catalogue pages, basket, checkout, account screens, the included blog and standard policy pages sit outside this allowance. You provide or approve policy content.

Each package includes one agreed payment-provider integration. Supported card payments, digital wallets or PayPal depend on the selected provider, your account and availability. We confirm the payment methods before quoting. Provider and transaction fees are separate.

UK flat-rate or free delivery, an optional free-delivery spending threshold and local collection. Live courier rates, label integrations, international delivery and complex postcode or weight rules are quoted separately.

No. Scale starts from £2,500. Selected custom functionality is defined and priced in your quote. Possibilities include questionnaires, uploads, branded PDF delivery, financial reports and fulfilment workflows. The Spell Room shows an advanced build, not a complete feature list included at the starting price.

Scale includes email design styled for your brand and automated delivery for agreed events, such as purchases, order updates or completed services. Templates, events and delivery requirements are agreed in the quote. Email-service charges are separate.

All packages include product and order administration. Grow adds a blog, business-details editing, customer accounts, promotions and sales and order summaries. Scale also includes editing existing page headings, text and gallery images, plus staff accounts with agreed permissions.

Keyword planning for each main page, individual titles, descriptions and headings, internal links, image alt text, an XML sitemap, Google Search Console setup and relevant structured data. Rankings, indexing and sales are not guaranteed. Ongoing SEO work is separate.

Hosting, domain registration, business email, email-delivery services and payment-provider fees are separate. SSL is arranged through the chosen hosting. Extra features, complex catalogue work and migrations are quoted before work begins.

50% upfront and 50% after your written approval, before launch or handover. Larger custom projects can use agreed milestones. The quote includes an estimated timeline; it depends on the agreed scope and you supplying content and feedback. One revision round is a single, consolidated list of feedback on the agreed design and content. New pages, features or a change of direction are extra work. Fixing faults in the agreed work does not use a revision round. Launch and Grow include two rounds; Scale includes three.

You own the bespoke website after full payment. Third-party software and licences keep their own terms. Your domain remains in your name. Handover includes website files, a database export where applicable, relevant access and a basic introduction to any included editing tools. Later migrations are separate work. Fault corrections for the agreed work are included for 30 days after launch, without limiting your legal rights. Ongoing Care is optional.
