An 18-month minimum totals £702. Alternatively, pay £702 one-off for a focused website with 1–3 pages.

Monthly or one-off?

Monthly payment spreads the build cost and includes hosting, SSL, backups and support during the minimum term. One-off payment gives ownership from launch; ongoing care and hosting arrangements are confirmed in your quote.

Useful things to know before we start.

Is the website free because there is no upfront payment?

No. Monthly packages have an 18-month minimum payment commitment. Starter totals £702, Professional £1,062 and Business Plus £1,602 across that term. Any additional services are identified in your quote.

What happens after 18 months?

You can discuss continuing with Website Care, self-hosting or moving to another provider. The care price and handover arrangements are confirmed in your agreement; this page does not promise a fixed renewal price.

Who owns the website?

One-off buyers own the website from launch under the agreed project terms. For monthly plans, ownership, licence rights and any handover conditions are set out in the project agreement before you proceed.

Can I cancel early?

Monthly packages have an 18-month minimum term. Your agreement explains any early termination payments and handover conditions. Ask for those details before accepting a quote.

Are domains, email and extra changes included?

The quote confirms domain registration, email services, third-party costs and the scope of ongoing support. Additional features, content or changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
